As a strategic advisor to leaders and executive teams, I partner with organizations, family enterprises, foundations, and boards of directors navigating transitions, governance challenges, leadership development, strategic alignment, succession, team integration, and high-stakes decision-making.

My work is grounded in a simple, though demanding belief: organizational challenges are rarely only technical. They often require new conversations, better questions, and a greater capacity to navigate complexity without rushing into simplistic solutions.

For this reason, I integrate strategic thinking, executive coaching, facilitation, and a deep understanding of human and organizational behavior to help leaders and teams think with greater clarity, engage in more effective conversations, and act with greater coherence.

Over the past three decades, I have partnered with more than three hundred corporate clients, nonprofit organizations, healthcare and educational institutions, family enterprises, and executive teams across thirteen countries.

I am the author of Team Under Construction – Sorry for the Inconveniences, host of the podcast Soltar las trabas, and write a bilingual blog on leadership, governance, collective responsibility, and organizational effectiveness for audiences across Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market.
